Suyum.az is a drinking water delivery and water filtration solutions company operating in Azerbaijan. It provides bottled water delivery services for homes and businesses and also offers the sale and maintenance of water filtration systems.

Suyum focuses on convenience, service continuity, and customer transparency by allowing users to place orders online, manage deliveries, and receive system-based notifications throughout the entire service lifecycle.

About the Project

Suyum.az requested us to build a fully digital, user-friendly ecosystem that would automate their water delivery and filtration services while remaining simple for end users.

We designed and developed the project entirely from scratch-including a custom website, iOS application, and Android application. The primary focus was on intuitive navigation, fast ordering, and full administrative control for the business owner.

In order to improve accessibility across devices, the website dynamically adapts its behavior:
On desktop devices, QR codes are displayed, allowing users to easily download the mobile applications.
On mobile devices, direct App Store and Google Play buttons are shown, enabling one-click app installation.

This approach significantly increased mobile application adoption and improved overall user engagement.

Company Description

Suyum.az enables customers to order bottled water and related services with minimal effort. Customers can browse products, view detailed product pages with multiple images, and place orders directly through the website or mobile applications.

Each customer has a personal account where orders, notifications, and delivery statuses are tracked. The system ensures that every step startingfrom order placement to final delivery is automated, reducing manual work and human error.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The Custom Admin Panel is the core control center of the entire platform. Through this panel, administrators are able to:

• Manage incoming website and application requests
• Accept and process customer orders
• Create and send notifications (individual or bulk)
• Manage products, categories, and pricing
• Add and edit company projects, partners, and certificates
• Fully control all visible website content
• Manage users, couriers, and delivery statuses

All website sections are fully editable from the Admin Panel, allowing the business owner to make updates without technical assistance.

  • User Verification & SMS System

    User verification is implemented through an SMS-based confirmation system. When a customer registers or places an order, a verification code is sent to their phone number. The user confirms their identity by entering this code, ensuring data accuracy and reducing fake registrations. The SMS system is also used for order updates, service notifications, and system alerts.

  • Ordering & Payment System

    Customers can place orders in two different ways: • Cash on delivery • Online payment via Kapital Bank (BirPay) Once an order is placed, it is automatically registered in the system and assigned for delivery.

  • Courier Management System

    The courier management system allows administrators to: • Assign orders to couriers • Track delivery status • Confirm successful delivery Once the courier completes the delivery, the order status is updated automatically in the system.

  • Automatic Service Notifications

    For filtration products and services, the system that we built can track maintenance cycles (e.g., cartridge replacement). When the replacement time approaches, the system automatically sends notifications to the customer, informing them that service is required. This feature ensures long-term customer retention and service continuity.

Product & Category Management

The platform supports:

• Product pages with multiple images
• Categorization of products, including water filters
Easy product updates via Admin Panel

Customers can view detailed product information before placing an order.

 

Mobile Applications (iOS & Android)

Both mobile applications support all website functionalities, including:

• User registration and verification
• Product browsing and ordering
• Online and cash payment options
• Push notifications
• Order tracking

 

Multi-language Support

The entire platform is available in three languages, all of which can be fully managed through the Custom Admin Panel.

Security & Stability

Special attention was given to platform security, user data protection, and system stability. All user actions, orders, and notifications are logged, ensuring transparency and operational reliability.
